- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
- pinch of sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chopped parsley, dill, chives, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add vinegar or lemon juice for tang. Include a pinch of sugar if desired for balance.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or consistency as needed. Add more buttermilk if too thick.
- Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Shake or stir before using. Serve as dressing, dip, or spread.

- This dressing can be served as a dip for vegetables or as a sauce for grilled meats.
