- 3–4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray and place the seasoned chicken inside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and stir to coat with gravy before serving.
