Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar until completely combined.
- Place the unsalted butter into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and heat it in the oven for about 2 minutes until it is melted.
- Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and pour in the batter immediately.
- Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- Let it cool for a minute, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh fruits or toppings.
