- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- Sprinkles, if desired
Instructions
- Line a small baking tray or plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Slice the bananas into rounds.
- Add the chocolate chips and nut butter into a heat-safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, then stir to make a smooth mixture.
- Use your hands to dip 1 side of each banana slice into the chocolate, then place gently onto the parchment paper. Or, use a fork to coat each slice entirely and place gently on the paper. Top with sprinkles if using.
- Pop the tray into the freezer for about 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Serve.
