Description
A fun and spooky dessert dip made with melted chocolate and ghost-shaped marshmallows, perfect for Halloween!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ghost Peeps (use as many as needed to cover the chocolate)
- For ghost eyes: mini chocolate chips
- For serving: graham crackers (or chocolate graham crackers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pour chocolate chips into an oven-safe 8” skillet. Spread into an even layer. Bake for 1-2 minutes, or just until chocolate is melted.
- Arrange ghost Peeps in a single, packed layer over the chocolate (be careful, it’s hot!).
- Bake for 5-8 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted golden brown on top. Carefully check the marshmallows every 30 seconds or so, watching it through the glass window of the oven door to reach desired toasting. Mine took 7 minutes.
- Place three mini chocolate chips over the ghost peeps’ eyes and mouth, since the existing eyes fade while baking.
- Serve with graham crackers, candy corn, Halloween spider pizzas, and mummy dogs.
