Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar; simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Serve the mixture over rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
