A delicious and creamy Cajun chicken orzo dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add orzo and toast for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook until orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

- This dish can be served with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated for lunch.
