Description

This delicious strawberry protein smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • ⅔ cup whipped cream cheese (nonfat optional)
  • 1 cup milk (use more if needed)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • for garnish fresh strawberries, mint, mini chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Instructions

  1. Blend. Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, milk, strawberries, protein powder, honey, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend to a desired consistency.
  2. Serve. Pour into glasses. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries, mint, vegan mini chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of nuts.
