Description

Delicious and creamy stuffed celery sticks, perfect for a snack or appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery (washed, trimmed)
  • 1 package (8oz/250g) cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the celery stalks into 3 to 4-inch pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped olives, chives, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into the celery pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the mixture.
  • This dish can be made a few hours in advance; just keep it refrigerated until serving.
