Description

This whipped butter is perfect for spreading on bread, muffins, or pancakes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Add the softened butter and milk to a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment of a stand mixer, mix on low to medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Next, increase the speed to high and beat for another 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  4. Spoon the whipped butter into an airtight container.
  5. Then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

  • This whipped butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
