Description

Delicious oven-baked chicken breasts seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Dice the chicken into approximately 1 inch bite size pieces.
  3. Spread the chicken into the 9X13 pan.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil on top.
  5. Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken.
  6. Gently toss the chicken to coat with the oil and seasonings.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
  9. Serve topped with parsley (if using) and enjoy!

  • Can serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
