Description

A refreshing and indulgent cold brew coffee topped with a silky chocolate cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup for drizzle, optional

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or frothing cup, combine the heavy cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Froth or whisk until slightly thickened and silky but still pourable.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving a little room at the top.
  4. Slowly spoon or pour the chocolate cream over the cold brew.
  5. Drizzle with extra chocolate syrup if desired, then serve immediately.
