Description

This delightful Dr Pepper Chocolate Cake is a moist and flavorful dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup Dr Pepper soda (regular or diet)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the Dr Pepper, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
