Description

Delicious and healthy cookie dough protein bars that are easy to make and perfect for a snack or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, regularly scraping down the sides.
  3. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer into a lined baking dish and press down into the pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
  6. Remove the cookie dough protein bars from the refrigerator and slice into 12 bars.

Notes

  • For a sweeter option, consider using Medjool dates instead of oat flour.
  • Adjust the water amount for desired consistency.
  • Chocolate chips are optional and can be substituted with nuts or dried fruits.
