- 2 medium fresh zucchinis, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced zucchini for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides (approximately 5 minutes per side).
- In a baking dish, layer the sautéed zucchini and chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
