- 1 cup fresh cranberries (halved)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with orange juice.
- Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with orange juice.
