Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Evenly distribute the croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined; season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese until fully incorporated.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve hot.
