- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff each pocket generously with the broccoli-cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
