Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add ground beef or turkey, chili powder, cumin, and red onion; cook until meat is browned.
